Opening Day
Opening day on 12 April was a sunny affair with a good turnout, including some players who couldn’t play on the day. The first jack was thrown by Susan Campbell.

Dianne Wilson (Trevor’s widow) is wanting to sell Trevor’s bowling bag which he purchased late last season, it’s hardly been used for a price of £50.00. If anyone is interested, please contact myself, see photograph below.
Ann Graham
Is was sad news to hear of the death of Ann Graham, who had been a social member of our club and an active member of the over-60’s club, who use our premises. The funeral will take place on Thursday 8th May at 11am from Stirling Crematorium and thereafter to King Robert Hotel.
100- Club
Please subscribe to one of our most important fundraisers of our season. This year the membership has about 20 less, than last season. There’s still time to subscribe at £10, per entry. First draw will be Saturday 31st May at our afternoon rink game. Contact Geoff Sutherland if interested.
Invitation Pairs
Entry for our Invitation Pairs can now be made. This will be held on Sunday 22nd June from 9.30am. Sponsorship will be from Plumbase. Organise yourself a partner and enter your name on the list which will be on the noticeboard or contact the Secretary or Match Secretary.
Monday night Rink Game (5th May)
This game will be only a bounce game, as the majority of players are representing the club in the first round of the Central Competition.
